The LED mode can only be turned on instantly when ultraviolet light is needed.     1. No thermal radiation. High power LEDs do not emit infrared radiation, and the surface temperature of the irradiated product will rise to below 5 ° C. Traditional mercury lamp UV curing machines generally raise the surface temperature of the irradiated product by 60 ° C-90 ° C, causing the positioning of the product to shift and resulting in defective products. The LEDUV UV curing method is suitable for heat sensitive and high-precision bonding processes such as plastic substrates, lens bonding, electronic products, optical fibers, and cables.
    2. Environmental protection. Traditional mercury lamp curing machines use mercury lamps to emit light, and the bulbs contain mercury, making waste disposal and transportation difficult. Improper disposal can cause serious pollution to the environment. The LED curing machine uses semiconductor light emission, which does not cause environmental pollution, so the LEDUV UV curing system is more environmentally friendly.
    3. Strong illumination.
